1 CommentYou’d think it was Boo-Hoo. Not in this case. Just a few weeks ago, the Copenhagen parking administration erected brand-new parking meters in my neighbourhood. That means paid parking 24/7. What’s so great about that I hear you ask? Well, that means us residents can get a resident parking permit (cheap annual fee), while people who just park their SUVs here but live elsewhere will have to either pony up the dough or find somewhere else. The result: it’s no longer a pain in the ass to find a parking spot for residents. It’s so easy to forget why we have to pay for parking, it’s good to be reminded once in a while.
