Fauna RC Released

November 14th, 2006 ,

The release I’m the most proud of yet: Fauna RC has been released. RC is for “Release Candidate”, which means it’s the second-last release before the big 1.0 final version.

  1. Not to sound rude, but fauna doesn’t look that special in the scheme of wordpress templates.

    Release Pangea for Great Justice!

You’re most welcome to have your own opinion on the looks of fauna. It might not be “special”, but I think it’s very flexible and works for a lot of people. That’s more than good enough for me.

One thing also, there’s quite a lot more to a Wordpress theme than looks alone. In fact, for the template files and the PHP code implemented, alone, I’d call this a world-class theme. Go on, look at the code and prove me wrong, I dare you ;)

Sorry, not going to happen. I’m going to stick to this theme myself until IT becomes dated! Eventually, tastes change and glitter fades. Thanks

Being that php does not render in the output, it would be quite impossible for me to look at it. Believe me, I have tried. I actually do like more than the look. The over alll organization and break down are as Borat would say “Great Success!”

I also like the implementation of all the various third party tools.

Not if you grab the source
